KrepeJ ships Worldwide.

 

The order made is executed and shipped from 1 to 3 business days after receipt of the full amount for the ordered product (s) on KrepeJ's account. Once the shipment is sent, the user will be notified by email for completed order.

Deliveries for the territory of Bulgaria are made with courier company Econt.

 

The time for delivery to your home on the territory of Bulgaria is 24 hours to 4 working days from your order not counting bank holidays.

 

*It is possible that there be some delays, of which you will be informed by one of our assistants or a message on our website.

 

The delivery to Bulgaria is made:

  • To an address that you have submitted
  • To a courier office
  • On arrangement in advance on our web page in facebook or through the contact form from the KrepeJ website.
  • On arrangement in advance, directly from KrepeJ WorkShop

Prices for delivery to Bulgaria:

  • Delivery to address with Econt for the whole territory of Bulgaria - 3 EUR
  • Delivery to Econt office - 2 EUR

For International deliveries we work with the courier company Bulgarian Posts.

 

The delivery time for all International destinations is within 10 to 20 business days after the order.

Prices for international delivery:

  • Delivery to Europe - 8 EUR
  • Delivery to all other destinations - 11 EUR

*The price is for one product up to 250 gr.

**For heavy shipments, the delivery price is based on a Customer request.

 

KrepeJ products are delivered in metal paint box branded with a KrepeJ label.

 

KrepeJ shall not be held responsible for any delays due to a courier or to circumstances beyond the control of KrepeJ.

 

Immediately after the delivery, the product must be checked carefully by the Customer or a person authorized by them. In the case of breakage, traces from blows or other damages established on delivery, KrepeJ must be informed immediately.

 

If the Customer accepts the consignment without any remarks, all claims of loss or mechanical damage shall become void. Unless a protocol of damages is drawn up in the presence of the courier upon the receipt of the package, the Customer shall lose the possibility to make a complaint.

 

Upon delivery of the product, the Customer or a third party must sign the accompanying documents. A third party shall be any person who is not the ordering Customer but accepts the product upon delivery and is at the address specified by the Customer.

 

If, within the delivery time, the Customer is not found at the address specified or no access and conditions are provided for the delivery of the product within this time, KrepeJ shall be released from its obligation to deliver the product ordered.
