Replace the product

 

When the delivered product obviously does not match the one ordered by the Customer and this can be determined by check and test, the Customer may require the product to be replaced within 14 days of their receipt using contact form.

  • The product must be unused and in its prime condition and package
  • Тhe returned product will be checked from our staff and you will be notified by e-mail that a relevant product will be sent
  • Return of the product is at the expense of the Customer
  • Receipt of repaired or replaced product is at the expense of the CustomerThe customer will be notified by e-mail that the product is received, checked and sent
  • Sending the product to the Customer may take up to 3-4 weeks from the date of its receiving at KrepeJ

 *If the product is not unused and it is not in its prime condition, KrepeJ will not except the returning and will send the product back to Customer’s address.

 

Refund

 

When the delivered product obviously does not match the one ordered by the Customer and this can be established and determined by check and test, the Customer may require to refund the payment within 14 days of product receipt using our contact form.

  • The product must be unused and in its prime condition and package
  • After the returned product is checked from our staff, you will be notified by e-mail for the refunded payment
  • The payment will be refunded the same way as the transfer to KrepeJ
  • The refunding of the payment may take up to 10 days. The time of the payment refund depends on the bank or the type of the card used for the transfer to KerpeJ
  • All refund charges are at the expense of the Customer

*If the product is not unused and it is not in its prime condition, KrepeJ will not except the returning and will send the product back to Customer’s address.
